It is with a mix of deep gratitude and sadness that the Board of Directors of Jurassic Fields announces the departure of Scott Morris as Executive Director. Scott has played a pivotal role in the formation and setting up of the festival giving up countless hours of his free time to grow and develop the festival, and we will miss him greatly.

We want to thank him for his 6 years of exceptional service that has seen his and Dan’s aspirations grow from a tiny community festival into one of the biggest music festivals in Dorset. Without his vision and hard work the festival would not be in such a great position it is today.

Scott however will continue to be involved in the festival in some capacity by volunteering his services as and when he can, But he will be continuing one of his big passions to work with the artist programming team for future events.

With the departure of Scott from his position we are pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Isaacs as Executive Director for Jurassic Fields. Jamie has been a key part of the event from its formation in 2013 and brings a vast wealth of knowledge and experience from the industry. Jamie works in the international touring and festival industry as a production and tour manager and has a wide roster of artists he works with as well and connections within the production and technical markets.

He is also the Operations Manager for Jurassic Fields so understands the complete operation of Jurassic Fields during the entire 12 months of the year. This experience should help to push Jurassic Fields to the next level and continue to grow and further develop the objectives of the company and continue the growth of the event.
